These terms apply to anyone who creates a CRM Ground account or uses the service. By using CRM Ground you agree to them. If you are using CRM Ground on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that business.
CRM Ground is operated by Metserve Media, Suite 82 Dorset House, Duke Street, Chelmsford, CM1 1TB. Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@crmground.com.
CRM Ground is a web based platform that helps security installers manage customers, sites, equipment, jobs, visits, invoices and messages, and connect the tools they already use. We may add, change or remove features over time. Where a change removes something significant, we will give account holders reasonable notice.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it. You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
The customer records, documents and other content you put into CRM Ground remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so far as is needed to provide the service. We act as your data processor for that content, and our Privacy Policy explains how we look after it. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to store your customers' data in CRM Ground and for complying with data protection law in how you use it.
When you connect a third party service such as Google Calendar, Calendly, WooCommerce, Stripe, GoCardless or TextMagic, you authorise CRM Ground to read from and, where the feature says so, write to that service on your behalf. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect a service at any time from Settings. We are not responsible for changes those providers make to their services or for interruptions on their side.
You must not use CRM Ground to break the law, to send unsolicited marketing to people who have not agreed to receive it, to store content you have no right to hold, or to attempt to gain access to other organisations' data or to the underlying systems. We may suspend or close accounts that do so.
During the early access period CRM Ground is provided without charge. When paid plans are introduced we will publish the prices and give existing account holders notice before any charge applies. Fees, once introduced, are payable in advance and are not refundable except where the law requires it.
We aim to keep CRM Ground available at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Planned maintenance will be scheduled outside normal working hours where possible. Support is provided by email.
You can close your account at any time. We can end or suspend your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop providing the service, in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data. After closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
CRM Ground is provided as a tool to help you run your business; you remain responsible for the accuracy of the records you keep in it and for the certificates, invoices and communications you issue. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or loss of data, and our total liability to you in any twelve month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or £100 if you have paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use CRM Ground after that date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
