Do prices include VAT?
No VAT to add. The price you see is the price you pay.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone with a login: owners, office staff and engineers all count the same. The first user is included in the £59, and each extra user is £5 p/m.
What happens when I add or remove someone?
Your bill updates automatically. Adding a user is charged for the rest of the month straight away, and removing one gives you a credit.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Billing is monthly and there is no setup fee.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from Settings. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
Do I need GoCardless, Stripe or Calendly?
No. Connect the ones you use. CRM Ground works on its own, and each connection adds more.
